Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, Permit to Work, Lock-out Tag-out, Working at Height and Rescue, Confined Space Entry and Rigging Awareness.
This course has been designed to raise delegate’s awareness of the risks involved with general working practices associated with Land Drilling Operations. Designed to be delivered at the work place, delegates will receive qualified instruction on Hazard Identification, elimination, mitigation and controls, associated with the above mentioned high risk activities. Candidates will be expected to safely complete a series of practical tasks, including worksite safety audit checks and isolations, working at height and rescue, confined space entry and rigging and lifting.

The course can be tailored to meet specific company procedural requirements and therefore will benefit both client and contractor at all levels.
The course can be broken down into four 2-hour separate modules, or delivered as a one-day combined training session and is 100% “hands-on” for the candidates. Qualified Instructors will lead delegates through a series of practical tasks specifically designed to target key learning areas. Successful candidates will demonstrate their ability to complete these tasks safely and will be awarded an NSL Certificate of Training at the end of the course.
Candidates will receive a course pocket book, containing all the information covered within the course.
Delegates are required to bring along coveralls, hardhat, steel toe boots and safety glasses.
